SMS is truly a great place for anyone who wants a flexible schedule! Everyone is super welcoming and willing to find shifts/facilities desired by you! They have allowed me to work strictly at the facilities that I feel comfortable with! The communication has always been great as well, always getting back to me very quickly after messaging them. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there seeking a flexible schedule, including those with no current experience. Wish I could give 6/5 stars!!!!!!

Silver had been really good to me! They are flexible and communicate well. They contract with really good senior care facilities so I had a blast working with Silver. Definitely a great stepping stone as a cna or if you just want to work 1-2 days a week while going to school.
